Great yoga value

27 Jan

Meet Leela Miller, one of my two all time favourite yoga teachers.

FYI, the other is Anusara yoga teacher Bridget Woods-Kramer (pictured below, another post for another day but do check out bridgetwoodskramer.com and find out about Anusara, an incredible modern yoga style with roots deep in the ancient philosophy of yoga – just what all of us Type-As need),

Anyway, back to Leela, who is full of soul and true care for yoga and her students, she teaches astanga – which is sweaty and dynamic and challenging – with grace and passion and is associated with some of  the biggest celeb astanga yogi names (oh okay then, she was one of Madonna’s original teachers though she wouldn’t tell you that herself – too humble).

I just heard about this amazing retreat she is doing and almost fell off my chair when I saw the price.  Take a look:

Helloooo peeps – that is the best value yoga retreat I have ever seen and you can rest assured you are getting one of the best teachers in the world. And no, I am not on the payroll, in fact Leela doesn’t even know I have posted this.  I have not been to finca el moro, the location and venue but it has great reviews, here’s a brilliant one from fabulous writer Mimi Spencer
