It is out on January 2nd and there will be free weekly podcasts to help you through the 6-week plan in the book to help you shape up and calm down. My dream was to find a diet that made you feel good as well as lose weight, instead of making you feel hungry and irritable – while still allowing you to have a life (ie the odd night out on the tiles). That is the beauty of this plan.
